Anthem and United Healthcare (offering Rocky Mountain Health Plans) are the only available carriers in the Roaring Fork Valley for 2025.

  • The Anthem Pathway network covers most of the state of Colorado with an exception of some major hospitals in Denver, including Swedish, Porter, Jewish and Children’s.
  • UHC’s network access goes from Aspen to Glenwood Springs to Grand Junction and NEWLY covering Vail and Summit County and does have some network access in Denver.
  • The only coverage out of state or out of network is emergency services only.
  • Pricing is based on number of people in the household needing coverage, age of each individual, where you live, and the adjusted gross income for the household for the year.
