Bryan Avery

Bryan has lived in Western Colorado most of his life. He grew up in the Grand Junction Valley and spent many summers on a sheep ranch in Collbran, Colorado. Bryan attended Snow Junior College in Utah and Mesa State College in Grand Junction. Bryan began his insurance career as a Farmers Insurance Group agent in 1981. In 1982, he moved to Glenwood Springs where he owned a Farmers Agency until August, 1989. He joined Glenwood Insurance in October, 1989, where he became a partner in January of 1999. He specializes in commercial lines insurance.

Bryan lives in Glenwood Springs with his wife, Nettie. He has a daughter and two sons and is an active community volunteer. Bryan serves on the Glenwood Springs Hockey Association Board and the Three Rivers Sports Foundation Board. He enjoys golfing, skiing, biking and spending time with his family.
